Conscious Digital® is our ethos.

It's a commitment to bringing conscious awareness to everything we do — making mindful, purposeful decisions in our work, our client relationships and our wider responsibilities.

The concept is simple: strive to be the best we can be, in a way that positively affects not just our clients' businesses, but our team, our community and our environment. It shapes how we advise clients, how we approach long-term partnerships, and how we allocate time and resource beyond our commercial work.

Conscious in Practice

In client work, Conscious Digital® means we don't recommend technology, services or scope that a client doesn't need. We give honest assessments of what a Shopify migration will and won't deliver. We'll tell a client when Shopify Plus isn't the right move yet. We'd rather build a long relationship on trust than a short one on oversell.

In our team, it means working sustainably, investing in people's development, and building a culture that doesn't mistake busyness for output.

In our wider practice, it means our pro bono work — projects we take on because they matter, not because they pay. It means considering the wider impact of the technology choices we make for clients. And it means being honest about what we are and what we're not.
