Currently there are 3 major Pay Per Click systems, operated by Google, Yahoo and MSN. Each has its own working methodology, but each has common basic requirements. Listings from these are syndicated throughout the web. Additional systems such as MIVA, Mirago and WebFinder also exist. We will discuss with you which of the PPC system, or combination of systems is appropriate for your needs and budget.

Sponsored Listings – Campaign Set-up and Management        

The following process will be adhered to, thus ensuring the smooth and cost-effective running of any campaign with a monthly spend of less than £3,000 per PPC system.

The 3 main Pay Per Click systems, which also offer an international platform, are Google, MSN and Yahoo. We recommend Google as a "must have". Additional PPC systems can be added to the program at the start or later.

For each of the 3 systems we would : 

1. Accept your instructions on target country, language  
2. Agree the campaign function (newsletter sign-up, online admission application, registrations etc) 
3. Research appropriate keywords (i.e based on current real-time data) and offer an estimated budget for Click Fees 
4. Set up the PPC account with your credentials and Credit Card details for fees payment (Google, Yahoo, MSN with or without their syndicated networks) 
5. Design and implement the program in terms of creating listings copy, grouping the keywords into sub-campaigns, tagging the listings for tracking and analysis 
6. Set a program start and end date (or open-ended campaign) with agreed daily / weekly / monthly budget for click fees.  
7. Monitor and adjust the bidding, the copy, the active/inactive time-slots etc to optimise the return on investment 
8. Create appropriate reports for distribution
