A HTML5 iPad App designed and built specifically as an Enterprise App for use at exhibitions and trade shows. Fully managed from our Content Management System, Aon upload delegate contact details prior to the event and then update and enhance the data through the App while at the event. New delegates can be populated directly into the App. The App includes a Games Center, currently with 2 games one based on life expectancy throughout random areas of the country, the other anticipated pension contributions. The games have been created so that the user scores can be displayed on a league table on the App, in addition on flat screen monitors at the event which creates a great deal of fun and banter between colleagues and competitors while on the stand.

The App also includes a Survey function, with questions loaded via the CMS to gather industry specific data. A Document Library provides the ability for staff to select PDF documents and automatically email them to the delegates. This App has proved hugely successful for Aon over the past couple of years. Further development is planned moving forwards.
